2. Payments
All payments for orders placed on this website are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.
3. Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped every Monday.
Shipping is via USPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 business days.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for your purchase to be received.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other external factors.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Pre-Orders ship as soon as books are available for shipping. Compost File Pre-orders are expected to ship before end of February 2025. Delays will be communicated to purchasers. For pre-order refunds, please reach out through our contact form before books are shipped.
4. Signed Copies and Personalization
All orders placed through SherriCoale.com will be signed by Sherri Coale.
Additional personalization is available upon request.
Personalization requests may be denied for any reason and without prior notification to the buyer.
If a personalization request is denied, the order will still be processed and shipped without the requested personalization.
5. Returns and Issues
For any inquiries regarding returns or issues with your order, please email bryan@spartan-gs.com.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and details of the issue.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
